Are you ready to prove your management ability?
If so, then this fantastic opportunity will appeal to an experienced professional with excellent customer service and leadership skills, who would like to work with a successful Feilding business.
You would need to have experience in:
A management or a supervisory position, have knowledge of human resources, including: staff KPI’s, disciplinary action and staff training.
Management training in hazardous substances.
Ensuring health and safety requirements are upheld with both staff and customers.
Staff rosters and providing adequate cover for staff.
Cash handling and daily banking.
General administration.
Ordering of stock and stock taking.
Monitoring trading patterns and keeping up to date with changes.
Liaising with suppliers and overseeing deliveries.
Ensuring merchandise is effectively displayed.
Food safety knowledge and LPG training.
It would be preferred if you hold a current First Aid certificate and security vetting would also be required.
