John Lynch

John has recently joined the team at Action Personnel after spending the past couple of years in Auckland. John's experience has been in the managing of businesses within the sport and recreation sector and hire industry including 4 years as the CEO of our own Arena Manawatu. John is looking forward to getting back out into our community and assisting both employers and job seekers with their recruitment needs.

Gabrielle Bush

Gabrielle has been an  integral part of the Action Personnel team for over 4 years as a Permanent and Temporary Consultant. She has completed the National Recruitment Qualification and deals with placements across all industries.  During the past 4 years Gabrielle has built up an excellent rapport with both clients and candidates who use her consulting skills on a regular basis. Gabrielle has placed candidates from Engineers to Accountants, to Diesel Mechanics to Receptionists.  Her ability to select and screen potential employees across all industries is exceptional.

Sue Wells

Sue returns to Palmerston North and Action Personnel as the Administration Manager and Consultant after spending 15 years working in various locations in New Zealand.  She has vast experience in the recruitment industry working in both the public and private sectors.  Sue has a national recruitment qualification and previously won business awards when working in the Waikato.

Ron Tyson

Ron is a Director of Action Personnel and has been with the company for nearly 20 years. He has spent the majority of his working life in Palmerston North, owning a number of successful businesses. He has a wide and varying knowledge of the employment market. When not in the office he can be spotted on the golf course!
